Re: Tracking of Time Services Provider Town Hall Meetings Begin May 3 Dear CCAP provider:
This week letters will be sent via U.S. mail to each provider participating in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). Letters are sent according to the "class of provider" and contain specific information about participation in Tracking of Time Services (TOTS) for:
- Class A child care centers,
- Class U providers that care for the child in the child's home,
- Class R providers that care for up to 6 children in the provider's home,
- Class E school setting providers; and
- Class M centers inspected by the Department of Defense
Letters will also include a schedule of the TOTS Provider Town Hall Meetings beginning May 3 in the Lafayette region.
