CCAP Providers -
If you are in need of paper for the POS device at your home or center, call the Provider Help Line 1-888-281-0326 and speak to the representative. The representative will request your Provider ID number and create a ticket. The amount of paper is determined by the transactions completed on the POS device. Paper is delivered to the address on the ACS Equipment Agreement in 2 to 3 business days.
An automated process to reimburse providers for paper already purchased is being developed. More information will be available soon.
