In October, the DHH and DCFS secretaries challenged each other to the Louisiana Twitter Race. The secretaries agreed the person with fewer Twitter followers at the end of the competition would serve the other lunch. On November 1, 2010, Secretary Johnson emerged as the winner.
Taco de Paco (@TacodePaco
) invited the secretary with fewer Twitter followers to also serve customers, with proceeds going to Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center. Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center representatives will be present for those who wish to make donations.
For Friday, Taco de Paco created a special healthy taco called "Salud," made with sautéed Mahi Mahi fish, oven roasted tomatoes, lemon zest, baby arugula and parmigiana reggiano.
