Today is August 1, 2012, and the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) reminds you that changes to the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) are effective today. These changes were announced in a news release issued by DCFS on June 18, 2012. A notice of these changes also was emailed to all CCAP providers on July 16, 2012, and was posted on the Child Care and Early Childhood Education Updates page at www.dcfs.la.gov.
