College, vet school on mind of teen

As a 17-year-old, Emily thinks about college and her future a lot.  She does well in school and likes art and writing.  Emily would love to be a part of a family who has pets; she loves animals and wants to attend college to become a veterinarian. She would like to have an adoptive family to help her launch into young adulthood and support her educational goals.

Emily describes herself as funny, kind and well educated. She enjoys playing volleyball and football, and her favorite school subjects are math and science. Emily wants to attend college at Louisiana State University.
