Human Resources Division
- Directs and manages the human resources program for the Executive Office of the Secretary and the Office of Management and Finance in the areas of classification, discipline, affirmative action, benefits, staffing, performance planning and review, compensation, and employee administration.
- Provides consultative and technical services concerning human resources laws, policies, rules, and regulations throughout the Department.
